Hive Work Instruction

The « Worker Instruction » module provides interactive instructions and enables interactive testing and logging of assembly processes (joining, gluing, screwing, riveting, greasing, testing etc.) at assembly workstations, which in turn ensures that documents are accurate and increases the assembly quality.

Hive Shopfloor

One of the central tasks of the « Shopfloor » module is collecting and processing production data for measuring and increasing production efficiency (OEE). Production machines are networked in real time, which provides information to the database and KPIs for optimal utilisation of overall potential.

As all measuring equipment and measuring stations are networked using the Hive « Quality Control » module, all measurements carried out during production and assembly are recorded in a central database and are then available to all departments.

The « Inventory » module provides integrated tool and measuring equipment management throughout the entire production process.
When used in combination with output systems such as ToolBoxes, lift systems and vending machines etc., Inventory reduces tool consumption, lowers process costs thanks to automatic orders, optimises storage positions and achieves cost savings of up to 50%.
